All prices and charges are in pounds sterling (GBP).

The maximum value of any one shipment to an overseas address is £500. For delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom please contact me first.

All items (including post & packing) are to be paid for before despatch.

Jeanette Sargent Jewellery reserves the right not to fulfil orders at its sole discretion; should this be the case, a full refund in respect of any monies paid to and received by Jeanette Sargent Ltd. will be made.

Refunds are not made in cash or by any non-traceable method such as Western Union.

Post and packing (shipping) charges are subject to agreement at the time of purchase.

Post & packing charges (P&P) shown on this web site apply only in respect of delivery to a United Kingdom address (one address per order). For delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom please contact me first.

In the interests of security, items will be sent by a trackable method such as Special Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For.

If the destination is served by Royal Mail's International Signed For service, I will usually be able ship to it, but I reserve the right not to accept orders.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, etc.
Where a customs declaration is required, e.g. for destinations outside of the European Union for customs purposes, please note that any customs duties, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
